By accessing theaussiesmoke.com and placing an order, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read carefully before purchasing.

1. Age Restriction

You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase from TheAussieSmoke. By placing an order, you confirm you are 18 or over. We reserve the right to cancel any order where age cannot be verified.

2. Products

All products sold are genuine imported cigarettes and tobacco products. Descriptions, images and pricing are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

3. Ordering

By completing checkout you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. An order is confirmed only after payment is received and verified. We reserve the right to reject any order at our discretion.

4. Payment

All orders must be paid via PayPal (Friends & Family) using the QR code provided. You must include your Order ID in the payment note. Orders will not be processed until payment is received. We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect amounts or missing Order IDs.

5. Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged is the price displayed at the time of checkout.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We offer free shipping on all orders Australia-wide. Estimated delivery is 2–5 business days after dispatch. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services. See our Shipping page at /shipping/ for full details.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of tobacco products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless items are damaged, defective or incorrect. Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. See our Refund Policy at /refund-policy/ for full details.

8. Limitation of Liability

TheAussieSmoke is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website. Our total liability is limited to the value of the order placed.
