How do I pay for my order?
We accept payment via PayPal QR code. After checkout, open your PayPal app → scan our QR code → enter your order amount → type your Order ID in the note field → send as Friends & Family. See our How to Order page for full details.
Do I need a PayPal account to order?
Yes — a PayPal account is required to pay via QR code. PayPal is free to sign up and available to all Australian residents at paypal.com/au.
Why must I include my Order ID in the payment note?
Your Order ID allows us to match your payment to your order automatically. Payments received without an Order ID cannot be processed and will cause significant delays. Always include your Order ID (e.g. #1234) in the PayPal note field.
What if I sent the wrong amount?
Contact us immediately via our Contact page with your Order ID and the amount sent. We will resolve any payment discrepancies as quickly as possible.
